GEORGE BIGHAM MCSM, AC
George Bigham has nearly 30 years of experience
in the construction industry. His principal areas
of expertise are construction planning, program
management, owner’s representation, project
management, project organization, setting up
and managing project teams, productivity, and
scheduling.
George serves as a consultant in many of the roles
in which he has expertise. He works with owners,
designers, contractors, financial institutions, investors,
students, and public agencies to ensure that every
stakeholder is accounted for and heard during his
work. With exposure to various project types and
delivery methods, George provides expert services to
multiple built environment stakeholders.
WILLIAM H. HART III
William Hart has over 15 years of experience in
the Construction Management Industry amongst
Project Management, Project Bank Consultant, Owner’s
Representative, and Development. His experience
includes residential, retail, and commercial projects
across the United States. He brings a great deal of
hands-on Project Management Experience, including
cost controls, estimating, cost management,
schedule management, and team leadership.
Will has been a contributing factor in the completion of over $1,000,000,000 of construction (spread across 25 successful projects).
